Beef tongue is divided into three main parts.
The "tongue tip" at the tip, the "tongue base" at the base, and the stringy part on the underside are the "tongue bottom".
Of these, the tongue is considered the finest part, and is moist, fatty, and pink in color.
It is crispy, pleasantly chewy and juicy!
