Three tips for making it delicious
We are pleased to introduce you to the following
1. lightly sear the buns with a net
Cook the inside of the bread (bun) quickly on a net.
The surface will be crispy and the fat from the meat will soak in easily (be careful, it burns easily!). The meat will be crispy on the surface and will easily soak up the fat.
2. santu is "folded"
Large sunchongs can be folded small to match the size of the buns to make them taller and more photo-worthy.
